A marriage of Yoga and Contemporary Dance through teaching as a pathway to learn, move and self reflect. During the first part of my classes, I fix a sequence of postures/asanas for the development of physical and mental health, through sweating, stretching, massaging and stimulating the energetic channels and internal organs. After this warming-up, we immerse ourselves into different improvisation tasks to drive our body/mind experiences till an intuitive and ecstatic state of grupal dancing.
